World Book Night is coming to America!

Started last year in the UK, this year 1 million special edition books by well-known authors will be printed by participating US publishers.

20 books each will then be distributed to 50,000 pre-approved "givers", who will seek out NOT friends, but "new readers" in their community who they can "turn on to reading" with the gift of a free book.

Each "giver" will also get the books for free ... the only cost involved would be the time/gasoline to distribute titles on 4/23/2012. If interested, you must apply for the position of "giver" by February 1st. Those selected will be notified a few weeks later.
